Need it faster? Expedited and express shipping rates are available at an additional cost, depending on the size, contents, and delivery location of your order.

Exclusions

• Shipments to P.O. Boxes are not eligible for free shipping
• Some rural postal codes may also be excluded
• Wheel bags ship at a flat rate based on your region

Shipping Restrictions

Some products are only available for shipping within Canada due to manufacturer restrictions. You'll know an item is Canada-only when you see the "Ships Canada Only" icon on the product page.

Brands with international shipping restrictions include:

• Bauer — cannot be shipped outside of Canada
• CCM — cannot be shipped outside of Canada
• TRUE — shipping restrictions apply

Great question! We have custom-designed boxes built specifically for shipping hockey sticks. The box works as a large protective sleeve that secures the stick and keeps it safe during transit. We can ship up to 4 sticks per box.

Whether you're ordering senior hockey sticks, intermediate sticks, junior sticks, or goalie sticks, every stick is carefully packed to arrive in perfect condition.

If you're ordering from outside Canada, here's what you need to know about duties and taxes on your order.

US Orders

For orders shipping to the United States, we work with Canada Post and Zonos to obtain a duty and tax quote before your package ships. Once we have the quoted amount, our team will contact you to collect the duties and taxes before shipping. Your package will then be sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), meaning you won't face any surprise charges or fees at delivery.

All Other International Orders

For orders shipping outside of Canada and the US, duties, taxes, and customs fees vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer. By placing an order, you agree to be responsible for all duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with your shipment. If a package is refused at customs, you will still be responsible for any shipping and return fees incurred.
