Order FAQ's

You can track your order within your account or from your order confirmation email. Each order listed in your account will include payment status and fulfillment status. Click on the order number in your account for full details and tracking. The tracking number listed is linked to the carrier tracking page. Please allow 1-2 days for tracking information to update.

If you need to cancel or modify an order call us toll free at 1-800-567-7790 or send an email to sales@thehockeyshop.com. As long as the package has not left our warehouse we will work to get the order issue resolved as soon as possible. Once the package has left our warehouse we are unable to make any modifications. If you need to return or exchange an item check out our returns portal.
