Warranty Information

Our goal is to offer the best customer service possible. If a claim has been denied and was submitted within the manufacturer warranty period, please review the manufacturers guidelines and ensure your claim meets the requirements before contacting them directly. Customer contact information is listed above each warranty timetable. Here are the warranty period guidelines and contact information for each manufacturer:

General Guidelines:

All warranties begin from the original purchase date, not the date of arrival.
All warranty replacements are one-time only. Warranty replacements are not covered under warranty.
All warranties must be submitted within the required timetable listed below.
Demo and Pro Stock Equipment are not covered under warranty.
Stick warranties must have the serial number sticker on the stick at the time of breakage. Removing the serial number sticker will void the warranty.
All warranties are subject to Manufacturer discretion and their decisions are final. This may include repair or replacement.
All items must be unaltered from their original state. The warranty may be void if items are altered in ways outside of their intended use.
Items are only eligible for warranty under normal use. Damage/defects inflicted outside of intended use may result in the manufacturer denying the claim.
Users are responsible for shipping costs for warranty return or repairs.
