MAP stands for Minimum Advertised Price. Items tagged as MAP are excluded from any online discounts, coupons, and promotions. These MAP policies are put in place by brands and typically apply to elite level products at the start of the product cycle.

We work hard to offer competitive pricing, but if you find an item available at a lower advertised price by any of our competitors, we will gladly match that price. The item must be identical and in stock.

Prices from international websites will need to be converted to CAD before any price adjustment is calculated. If you’re not sure, send our customer service team an email, and we’ll investigate.

- If for any reason you find your purchased item advertised at a lower price within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference.
- If we adjust the selling price below your original invoiced price within 30 days of purchase, we will gladly refund you the difference. 

*Refunds will be processed using the same method that the original purchase was made. Unfortunately, we cannot take credit card info over the phone or email for refunds. In these instances, we're happy to apply
the refund in the form of a store credit.

Coupon codes can be used on all regular priced non-MAP items. Coupons cannot be combined with another promotion or applied to sale priced items.
