Toiletry Bag

You know how nasty the bottom of your bag is right? Don’t let your grooming gear rattle around in there. Keep your post game rep fresher than the Old Spice guy with one of these Easton or Reebok toiletry kits. Perfect for your shampoo or 3 in 1, deodorant, toothbrush, gel, and still has plenty of room for whatever other treasures you want to keep fresh.

Hockey TUL

For those last minute gear repairs that pop up just before game time the Hockey TUL is a life saver. Tighten hardware on your helmet or skates with the Philips or flat head screw driver. Use the pliers to pull frayed laces through eyelets. Cut badly frayed laces with the scissors. You’ll wonder why you didn’t have this TUL in your bag a long time ago.

This all in one tool features a sciccors, plyers, lace tightener, honing stone, flat head and Philips head screwdriver.

Tape Tiger

· Removes hockey tape safe, fast and easy. When we originally put the Tape Tiger on our shelves we thought it was a borderline unnecessary tool but we figured we’d give it a shot. Boy were we wrong. We use this bad boy all the time at the shop. Cuts through tape like butter. Think of it as a nice luxury to have.

Sweet Stick

Pick yourself up a Sweet Stick if you want to give your edges a bit more bite. It’s not exactly a replacement for getting your skates professionally sharpened but if your edges are in really bad shape this tool really does the trick. The specific angles of the ceramic prongs draw your edges inwards ever so slightly that it creates a surprising amount of bite. Careful not to overdo it though – check out this video for instructions on how to properly use this gem.

Shower Sandals

For all the nasty stuff that lives in the showers and dressing room floors. Sure, the local rink guy does a clean up when he can, but you know that every team has one of those guys…and that guy showered before your team got off the ice. And of course you have consider that you have one of those guys on your team too. Face it, there’s more dna on the floor of a dressing room than in an episode of CSI. Snag a pair of quality shower sandals and put your mind at ease.

Sidelines – these sandals are our staff choice for a basic sandal that will keep your feet safe from the biohazard that is the dressing room floor.

Sidelines Shower Sandals

Putting this Bauer skate mat in your bag is a great idea too. It keeps your feet off that nasty floor and is a must have for those cold mornings when the room is colder than the sheet you’re about to skate on.
