This is an outstanding blocker for a young goalie or even a senior goalie with smaller hands. Quality construction throughout and the same materials used in Warrior's senior level blockers, including the palm protection. Unlike some brands, Warrior puts the same care into their intermediate series equipment as they do the senior and pro lines. Excellent thumb protection and a substantial side wall complement the firm blocker board in front. Fingers are also well protected and when gripping the stick it closes down to prevent injury on pucks riding up the shaft. Lightweight and super mobile, I love using this glove. The removable, machine washable palm keeps your blocker stink free and continuously provides a solid grip. Don't settle for an intermediate glove that looks and plays more like an afterthought as some other brands offer. Try Warrior!!

More times than not, the fit of your Goalie Blocker is often overlooked. This is likely the result of the limited size availability compared to other pieces of equipment, however a properly sized Blocker provides you the protection and stick control you trust.
Which Blocker Size is for you?
The first step to finding the correct Blocker size is to utilize the “heel-of-palm-to-tip-of-middle-finger” measurement. This measurement will generally send you to the appropriate size you need.
Analyzing the Blocker Fit
It is important to ensure that the fingers tips lie close to the seam of the palm, or within 0.5” if the Blocker is for a young growing goaltender. Next you want to ensure the adjustable wrist strap goes directly across the wrist bone, and has minimal to no interference with your chest protector. The goaltender should be able to swivel their wrist to accommodate a range of save selections without any restrictions from the chest protector. You also want to ensure that the goalie can maintain control of their stick in addition to being able to maneuver the blocker when handling the puck.
Which Hand Do I Need?
Figuring out which hand you need for your Blocker can be slightly confusing. Goalies generally refer to themselves as "REGULAR" or "FULL RIGHT". Below is the easiest way to simplify which hand you need.
