The Warrior Covert Krypto senior gloves offer great protection for beginner to intermediate-level hockey players. The Covert fit tapers the glove to the natural shape of your hand and pre-curves the finger blogs for a comfortable and mobile fit. The Covert Krypto is outfitted with a Source for Sports exclusive SmartPalm, which offers good feel and durability and enhances your control. The Covert Krypto glove protects the hand with EXO Protect foam and uses a mix of high and low-density foams with shield inserts to increase impact resistance. External Material 

The Warrior Covert Krypto gloves use a two-material construction to provide a sharp look and great durability. Warrior is outfitted with a lightweight polyester that wraps the foams to reduce weight and increase airflow throughout the glove. Synthetic leather is added to provide additional durability and accent the polyester, completing the look.

Finger Design & Protection 

For the finger design, the Krypto has a standard two-piece construction across all four fingers. The fingers are protected by Warrior’s EXO Foam, which is an extremely lightweight blend of first-class foams with shield inserts in key areas that will absorb big impacts.

Backhand Protection 

The Warrior Covert Krypto uses a tight taper contour on the back of the glove to maximize mobility and protection. Like the fingers, the backhand is fortified with Warrior’s extremely lightweight EXO Foam, complemented with shield inserts in specific areas.

Thumb Design 

The Warrior Krypto gloves include the use of an AXYFLEX thumb paired with mesh gussets to improve mobility and dexterity while handling and shooting the puck. The AXYFLEX thumb is designed to flex forward with ease, which gives better control when gripping the stick. When flexing the thumb backwards, the ANYFLEX Thumb will lock up and become rigid, providing elite protection and preventing hyperextension. 

Cuff Design

The Covert Krypto gloves are designed with the Covert Taper fit, which contours the natural shape of your wrist and hand to provide maximum mobility and protection. 

Palm Material & Gussets

The Covert Krypto glove features SmartPalm, which is cut the same as the SmartPalm+ to add durability in areas that normally suffer the most from wear and tear. The SmartPalm is made from tried and true Clarino material. Clarino palms have been a fan-favourite for many years, as it provides excellent durability with a pro-level feel.
Liner 

Warrior used their WarTech FNC in the liner, powered by Polygiene. The liner is specifically engineered with moisture-wicking and odour-repelling properties to keep you cool and dry and feeling fresh all game long.
