This is the replacement palm liner for a Warrior catch glove. It attaches on Velcro, so a goalie can refresh a worn out palm instead of replacing the whole trapper. It is for the goalie who likes the glove they already have and has no interest in breaking in a new one.
The palm of a catch glove takes more abuse than anything else a goalie wears. Once the liner packs out and the leather glazes over, the glove stops closing cleanly and pucks start popping out of the pocket. A fresh liner puts the grip back and tightens up the close, so the glove snaps shut where you expect it to rather than folding around the puck.
Break angle is the choice to make. The liner is listed in 60, 75 and 90 degree angles, with 75 degrees being Warrior's standard. Match the angle to the glove you are refreshing unless you are deliberately changing how closed the pocket sits. Hand on this listing is regular.
