I rarely give 5 stars as most places still have room for improvement. Saying that, this place deserves the 5 starts. They are by far the most easy to deal with store and rapidly respond to questions etc. I buy all my hockey gear here online as I don’t live in BC. I recently bought a pair of skates that went on sale lower than when I bought them and they quickly refunded me the difference via email within 15mins (well done Roselle!!). They earned my trust and my future business!

I visited The Hockey Shop Source for Sports in Langley this past Sunday to upgrade my goalie equipment, and I couldn’t have been more impressed with the exceptional customer service I received from Edmund in the goalie department. Edmund was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, patient, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right equipment. He took a considerable amount of time answering all my questions, walking me through the differences between various models, and helping me try different sizes to ensure I found the best fit for my needs. At no point did I feel rushed or pressured into making a purchase. What really stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond to make the entire experience enjoyable and informative. We had a pretty frustrating experience trying to find a hockey helmet before coming here. My son has a unique head shape, and we simply couldn’t find anything that fit him properly—plus, the previous store, Cyclone Taylor Source, we visited was not helpful at all. That completely changed when we walked into this location. Kian, Tyson, and another young male associate with curly hair provided unbelievable customer service. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated, spending two full hours working with us to test different options and make precise adjustments until we found the absolute best, safest fit for my son. It was our first time visiting, but their care, expertise, and willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful search into an amazing experience. Kian, Tyson, and the other associate are huge assets to this store. We will definitely be back and highly recommend them to anyone needing exceptional service!

Visited here to get new hockey skates for my bf’s birthday present and it turned out amazing. Zak and kian helped us picking the skates from scratch, and my bf loves his new skates lol All thanks to this two guys, the experience here was totally epic 🥳

The experience yesterday was more than amazing. Chad and the rest of the staff was beyond helpful and friendly. We have been going to them since it was located in Surrey and will always be our store of choice for as log as our son's journey continues.

I am very impressed with this store and how they recently handled my online order. I placed an order for skates and the next day received a phone call stating that they must have "oversold" their stock for those skates and did not have any remaining stock for me. Most stores would have left it there and refunded the customer - which would have left the customer frustrated. Instead, this store called me and told me because this was a mistake on their end, they were going to upgrade my purchase (free of charge) to the recent model of the same skate - this is a massive upgrade. They also put in a set of steel because the other skates came with them. This is a prime example of fantastic customer service, something that is honestly completely forgotten these days. Well done guys. I have already recommended you to a ton of people and will shop with you again.

Exceptional customer service every time I have shopped here for my kids. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and ensure you leave with exactly what you are looking for. They always try to find you the best deal and even recommend sale items first, with absolutely no pressure to buy. They are so personable with young kids and make the experience exciting and special. They helped my son choose a new hockey stick, taking the time to watch him shoot both left- and right-handed to make sure he found the right fit. Another staff member even taped my daughter's hockey stick with pink tape just because she loved pink. Those little touches make a big difference. The store has a great selection, excellent prices (often better than second-hand stores), and every visit has been a positive experience. Whoever is hiring and training the staff is doing a fantastic job. Highly recommend! 👏

Amazing retail experience from start to finish. The store is beautiful, well stocked, organized, and easily one of the best hockey stores in North America. Their skate fitting, purchasing process, and after sales service are second to none. They take the time to make sure your skates fit properly, feel comfortable, and don’t leave you dealing with foot pain afterward. Skate sharpenings are perfect every time and reasonably priced. I have complete confidence in their ability to profile blades and correct issues caused by other shops or sharpening machines. I won’t take my family’s skates anywhere else anymore. Their return policy is also well above the industry standard, with 90 days on items with tags, and the ability to try hockey sticks before purchasing is a huge bonus. Most importantly, the staff are extremely knowledgeable about equipment, fitting, and current sales. For new hockey parents especially, you can trust their staff to point you in the right direction. They know what they’re doing, they won’t oversell you, and they’ll make sure your little one is properly set up. I make the trip from Poco on a regular basis. Highly recommend.
