A compression long-sleeve top with a neck protector built onto it. It solves the problem of a separate neck guard that slides, rides up or gets left in the bag: the collar is part of the shirt, so it goes on when the base layer goes on and it stays where it was put.
The neck attachment is BNQ and CE certified to protect against neck lacerations, and it adjusts, so you can set how high and how tight it sits. That matters for comfort as much as for coverage - a guard set too tight is a guard that gets loosened mid-game, which is when it stops doing its job. The sleeves are raglan cut, running in one piece from collar to cuff with no seam across the shoulder, and that is what leaves a shoulder free in a shot. The fabric is moisture-wicking, so sweat moves off the skin instead of sitting against it.
