Serving players since 1988.Intro & New Features
New for the 2026 season is the CCM FTW Pro Youth Girls Hockey Shoulder Pads. Designed specifically for young girls, these shoulder pads feature many high-level specs that provide them with comfort and protection while on the ice. These pads include molded PE shoulder caps, an adjustable belly pad that is removable, and a floating compress molded foam sternum protector.
Construction
Specifically designed for young girls, these shoulder pads feature an e-fit flexible neck opening. The elastic neck opening allows for an easy fit so that young players have an easier time putting on their equipment.
Shoulder Caps & Protection
The shoulders are protected with molded PE shoulder caps. The high-quality PE plastic shoulder caps combined with PE foam allows for added comfort and protection, so that players are protected from impacts while on the ice.
Torso
CCM added a fully adjustable belly pad with a full-length hook and loop adjustment system. This design features a large landing with height adjustability or the option to remove the belly pad all-together. The belly pad is designed to provide a lightweight, customizable protection that is ultra comfortable for little players while playing the game they love. These pads also include a lightweight foam lining that is designed to provide an additional level of comfort for players.
Bicep Protection
The biceps on the FTW Pro Youth shoulder pads are protected with PE molded caps that feature a height adjustment system. The PE molded caps reduce the effect of impacts taken by dispersing the force away, keeping players protected. The bicep protection also features easily adjustable height straps which allow players to customize their bicep protection.
Sternum Protection
To protect the sternum, CCM added a floating sternum pad with compress molded EVA foam and D30 in the plexus. This provides the players with pro-level protection powered by high quality foam and D30 for extra impact distribution in a floating construction that moves comfortably with the player, keeping the padding in place without restricting mobility.
Spine Protection
The back and spine are protected with a Bionex shield spine protector. This is a pro-level spine foam package that is designed to offer improved protection on the back, allowing players to be protected and secured while taking impacts.

The CCM FTW Pro Youth Girls Hockey Shoulder Pads are available in sizes Small, Medium, and Large.

Player Shoulder Pad Sizing
Sizing before Purchase
To fit for a properly sized shoulder pad, you will need a soft tape measurer to measure and record your chest measurement. To do this, find the widest point of your chest (usually just below your armpits) and measure the circumference. Record the measurement in inches and compare to the available sizing charts in each brand. Also compare your height, weight and age to find your best fit.
Sizing after Purchase
Once you have received your new shoulder pad, stand in front of a mirror and strap them on. You will want to check the follow criteria to ensure a proper and protective fit.
1. The tips of your shoulder are sitting directly under the middle of the shoulder cap. If you are checking sizing for a child, it is ok for the tips of their shoulder to be under the inner half of the cap.
- This is important because if the shoulder cap does not sit in the correct position, your clavicles, shoulders, and upper arms can become more susceptible to injury.
- Adjust the bicep guards using the Velcro straps located underneath the shoulder caps (if applicable). At the highest point, the bicep guards should not be more than halfway down the upper arm. This is important because they can interfere with your elbow pads, throwing off the fit.
If you are checking sizing for a child, it is ok for the tips of their shoulder to be under the inner half of the cap and not directly in line with the middle.
