This is Bauer's Vapor butt end plug for 50 flex junior and intermediate sticks. A butt end plug fills the hollow top of a shaft and glues in place, so a stick that has been outgrown or cut short gets its length back. Because it is moulded to the Vapor profile, it matches the inside shape of a Vapor shaft; a plug built for a different stick family will not seat the same way.
Flex matters here as much as the series. This one is sized for the Vapor family's 50 flex junior and intermediate sticks, which are slimmer through the shaft than a senior stick, so check the flex printed on your stick before you order. The plug measures 4 inches. That is the most length it will add, and it can be cut down with a saw to the amount you actually need.
Construction is the same TeXtreme carbon fibre used in the sticks, so the extension stays light at the top of the stick, where added weight is easiest to feel. The glue comes dried onto the plug: heat it, seat it, let it cool. It suits a growing player on a 50 flex Vapor stick who needs a couple of inches rather than a whole new stick.
