This custom Bauer Supreme 2S Pro goalie set is a pro return from professional AHL and NHL goaltender Mike McKenna. The set includes a catcher and blocker and has been outfitted with McKenna’s specs and preferences, including some custom features and Lehigh Valley Phantoms colours. This is a full right set.
Blocker Construction
The blocker in this set has a Supreme 2S construction.
Ever a fan of simplicity, the McKenna full right blocker keeps a majority of the build and graphic pattern of the Supreme 2S in its construction. The major custom feature of this piece is the sewn-in index finger. There is no elastic attaching the finger protection to the palm, keeping that area tight and without slack. The graphic pattern is simple with a single splash of colour at the bottom and outside sidewall for goalies who prefer a more modest look.
Catcher Construction
The catcher in this set has a Supreme 2S construction.
Those who long for the old specs of the Supreme 2S Pro will greatly appreciate the McKenna pro stock, full right catcher. Like the blocker, it keeps many of the same features as its legacy catcher, with one major difference being the single T pocket rather than the 2S' double T. This glove uses a 75° break angle, or a 600 break.
