Junior sizing, same fabrics and features as the senior pant.

These are Bauer's Performance baselayer pants, the compression layer that goes on under hockey pants. They sit tight to the leg, so a girdle or a shell slides over top instead of bunching. Senior and junior versions are built the same way, which makes it an easy layer for a whole team to standardize on.

The cut is a compression fit. Body fabric is 84% polyester and 16% spandex, with 88% polyester and 12% spandex mesh set into the panels that need to breathe. Flatlock seams lie flat against the skin, and that is what keeps the inside of a shin pad or a girdle from rubbing a hot spot over a long skate.

Bauer's HeiQ Fresh treatment is on the fabric to help hold odour down between washes. The soft-touch logo waistband keeps the top edge from digging in, and there is a locker loop at the inside back waist so the pants can hang to dry instead of sitting in the bottom of a bag.

Sizes run S, M, L and XL in both the senior and junior listings. A compression layer should feel snug with no loose fabric behind the knee. Suits ice hockey players at any level who want a proper layer under their pants rather than loose shorts.
