CCM QuickLite Shoulder Pads Review

Designed to fit similar to the RBZ shoulder pad with that seamless, lightweight feel that this shoulder pad is known for, the QuickLite introduces some new protective technologies. One of the knocks on the RBZ shoulder pad was that it was hot and didn’t breathe that well. CCMs Ventshield has been added to offer improved breathability and protection management. The vents provide airflow and protection like they’re designed to do but they feel kind of stiff.

Continuing on with QuickLite improvements, DryFoam technology makes its appearance on the shoulder which allows the shoulder pad to absorb less sweat than traditional foams to keep the equipment lightweight and comfortable. The combination of Ventshield and DryFoam work together to keep the QuickLite shoulder pads light and dry whether it’s the first shift or late in the game.

Patented UFoam constructed caps and high density foam adjustable biceps give the Quicklite pro level protection and an enhanced custom fit. The anatomical molded neck comfort pad provides players with an adaptable fit that excels in protecting the sternum while high density foams protect the clavicle from any pucks or sticks.
