The QuickLite shin guards introduce a new fit that’s snug and tapered to give you extra control. The design and look of this shin pad looks a bit different at first glance due to the new shell design featuring a hinge system at the knee but the fit is nice.
The new Ventshield armor makes its way to the calf of the shin guard along with HD foams to protect against pucks and sticks. Calf protection was a bit light on last year’s RBZ shin guard so this is a nice upgrade. The shin caps are anatomical and feature vented knees that increase breathability while maintaining the structural design and providing pro level protection. The upper thigh guard features molded Zotefoam for pro level protection as well.
To ensure a secure fit, a wrapping Velcro lock strap with stretchable comfort cushion and wide elastic calf strap provides enough adjustment features to provide any player with a comfortable and customizable fit.
Overall, the Quicklite shin pad is lightweight and looks like it’ll deliver on protection.
