The Bauer RBE III i2 hockey cage is another reliable facemask from Bauer, with numerous features that are designed to withstand high impact. This hockey helmet cage features Bauer's patented two-tone i2 paint technology.
Wire Geometry
The Bauer facemask provides a unique wire geometry to offer optimal visibility. With high-impact carbon steel wiring around the cage, Bauer utilizes an electrostatic paint to increase durability. The outer wires of the cage are painted black to absorb excess light, whereas the inner wires are painted white to better blend in with the surrounding environment. This is done to expand your peripheral vision.
Chin Cup Material
The RBE III helmet cage features a floating, dual-density chin cup for additional protection.
