Vaughn Velocity VE8 Pro Intermediate Knee Pads

The individual knee pad has become one of the most important parts of equipment in protecting the lower body. Based on and refined from previous designs, the Vaughn VE8 Pro goalie knee pads bring a huge amount of protection to those goalies that want to be sure that they are not getting hurt at all.

The VE8 Pro relies on a double shield thigh design that allows for adjustment with the laces, as well as extremely prevalent protection. These shields contain high density molded polyurethane to provide great shock dispersal and durability as the pads are hit with pucks.

The kneecap of the VE8 Pro knee pad has suede clarino on one side, and synthetic leather on the other. The synthetic leather on the outside will protect the cap from wear, while the suede clarino will help to hold the kneecap in place during play.

Having this much protection and padding makes a large knee pad that has the potential to fall down the knee however. The triple strap, silicone covered attachment strapping along with the included garter belt keep the VE8 knee pads where they are supposed to be the entire game.
