Ordering custom gear is one of the most exciting times for goalies no matter their age. You’ve spent hours playing around on the customizer finding a design you like, dialed in all your sizing and specs but what’s the next step in the process? Follow along with this guide as we take you through the custom ordering process for TRUE Lefevre Custom Goalie Gear.
Go to the TRUE Lefevre Goalie Customizer
First go to the TRUE hockey website, and click their link to "Customize Now" in their goalie collection. TRUE has 3 customizers that are different graphic designs. The 3 catchers TRUE offer area exactly the same construction, and are available with the same spec options. For a direct link to L87 customizer, click the link below.
Customize Your Colors
To begin, start by customizing your colors on the TRUE goalie customizer. TRUE offers a very in-depth, 360-degree view of what the gear will look like.
Customize Your Specs
Once you are happy with your colors, you can set your specs in the drop-down menus below the color zones. For more information on what TRUE offers, check out our "SPECS" tab for a visual.
Complete In Store / Generate Your Code
Once you’re done building out your custom gear, click the “Complete In Store” button at the bottom of the menu. This will produce the window shown below where you can generate your code. When you click "Generate Your Code", copy the code provided. This code will be what we need to get your exact specs, to send in for order to TRUE.
Email your Code to The Hockey Shop
Once you have your "Code" from TRUE's goalie customizer, please email us at
sales@thehockeyshop.com.
Once we have received your TRUE customizer code, you will receive a follow up phone call from one of our goalie specialists confirming the details of your custom goalie equipment. At this time we can answer any questions you may have, and offer some suggestions where we see fit based on the setup of specs you have chosen.Finalizing & Submitting your Order
Once we have confirmed all of your design colors and specs with you, we will be ready to submit the order to TRUE so they can get working on your equipment! A deposit will be taken at this point in order to officially submit the order to TRUE.
