Stick Flex Profile

The Vapor Team League stick is part of the Vapor family, meaning it has a low kick point. This means it bends closer to the hosel, sacrificing some power for a quicker and easier release. This dynamic is useful for players who often find themselves playing closer to the net and trying to sneak one past the goalie.

Shaft Construction & Stiffness

The shaft is made of high-quality, unidirectional carbon fibre, which offers good energy transfer through the shaft. The shaft walls are rounded, traditional, and reinforced, adding extra durability and a comfortable feel. It is stiffer and tougher than other hockey sticks in the low kick point category as a result.

Blade Construction

The blade uses Bauer’s Aerofoam 3 blade core, which has cushioning properties and does a good job of reducing vibration. The 15K carbon shell around the blade is also light, durable, and supportive, providing you with that extra control you need to make that quick, game-changing deke.

This stick is also available with an “M” blade, referring to “max height” blade specs. Graphics

The stick is mainly black in colouration with red and yellow accents, reminiscent of Bauer’s Vapor line today but just a bit darker. Some sections of the graphics have a gradient square net pattern design. “Vapor” and “Bauer” text logos are clear on the shaft near the bottom, and “Vapor” has been cut out from the red at the top.

Grip

The Vapor Team League stick uses Bauer’s smooth gloss Griptac along the shaft to help you keep a good hold on the stick as you play.

Blade Patterns, Flex & Stick Length

The Vapor Team League Senior stick comes in the following blade patterns: P92, P92M.

The P92 blade pattern is the best all-round blade pattern, with a mid-curve style. It is great at handling the puck in small spaces, including face-offs. P92M is very similar to the P92, but it is just a bit taller. This curve may suffer a little bit on the backhand.
