The CCM Premier R1.9 goal stick encompasses performance and value by using main features from its counterpart, making it a perfect stick for the young and/or elite goalie. The overall construction of the R1.9 is made of a lightweight composite, and the paddle features CCM's Exofibe Weave. The Exofibe Weave is used to deaden the vibrations sent up the stick, when directing pucks. The stiffened blade of the R1.9 makes directing the puck out of harms way effortless, especially when combined with a good grip. A strategically placed StikTak grip is used on the shoulder of the paddle to give total control over the stick and gives a more comfortable feel in the hand.
