ccm-intermediate-goalie-jock
CCM Intermediate Goalie Jock

Intermediate sizing for growing goalies.

A goalie jock is the protection worn under the pants, and the CCM Goalie Jock covers that job for intermediate and senior goalies. It is the first thing on in the dressing room and the piece nobody thinks about until a shot gets through. Goalies see more low shots from closer range than any skater on the ice, which is why the position wears a goalie-specific jock instead of a player one.

The cut is made for the goalie stance. Dropping into the butterfly and recovering puts the hips through a range a skater never asks for, so a goalie jock has to hold its position through that movement rather than riding up or twisting out of place. Under the pants it should sit snug enough that you forget it is there, which is the only review a jock ever gets.

Black is the only colour, and it comes in intermediate and senior. Go by the waist you actually measure rather than the size on your pants, and if you land between the two, the snugger of the pair will stay where you put it. A loose jock moves, and a jock that moves is not protecting the thing it was bought to protect.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0020/1585/4658/files/goalie-jocks-ccm-intermediate-goalie-jock-1263915667.jpg?v=1792603859
