The Bauer Vapor X600 skate has made a considerable over its predecessor making it an even more economical buy for the intermediate skater looking to take his or her game to the next level. Comparable to the X700 skate, the Vapor X600 has moved from tech-mesh nylon construction to fiber composite upper with X-rib pattern adding stiffness, performance, and longevity to the skate. When skating on a tech-mesh constructed boot, the skate will flex each stride causing the skater to lose power. With a composite constructed skate, the skater will be provided with superior energy transfer and in turn a much more powerful stride.
Included with that big upgrade will be some more familiar features to the previous model including their Form-Fit footbed to maintain good alignment and balance within the skate. Complimenting the footbed will be a 1-piece injected heel/ankle core coupled with anaform foam ankle pads to add just the right amount of comfort. The new edition of the X600 will also incorporate the anatomical 40oz 2-piece felt tongue with high density foam metatarsal guard. The hydrophobic microfiber liner will keep your skates fresher for longer by preventing bacteria from forming within the skate.
Finally, the latest X600 will be sitting on the Tuuk Lightspeed Edge holder with the TUUK super stainless steel runner providing skaters with a high grade of aluminum and also cutting the weight of the runner.
